About the Internship

pre-sales and sales operations

Primary Responsibilities

• 3-month internship

  with a focus on pre-sales and sales operations

• First 15 days

  : Training on tools, product knowledge, and communication strategies

• Next 15 days

  : Pre-sales calling, lead tracking, and follow-ups after demo sessions

• Final 2 months

  : Own sales targets and directly engage with leads to drive conversions

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Use CRM, Google Sheets, and trial trackers to manage user data efficiently
• Support

  trial-to-paid

  conversions and optimize the user funnel
• Monitor and report key performance metrics regularly

After Internship

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
• Ability to work across teams (sales, ops, academic)
• Good multitasking and data handling skills
• Coachability willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve

Qualifications

• Open to undergraduates, recent graduates, or postgraduates
• Preferred backgrounds: BBA, MBA, or related fields
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus

• Weekdays
