Sales Intern FMCG (Food Products)

Job Description: As a Sales Intern at our organization located in Pune, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on promoting a diverse range of organic and natural products. Your main responsibility will involve collaborating with the Business Development and Sales departments to gain insights into the market, establish connections with distributors and retailers, and actively contribute to enhancing our brand's visibility both offline and online. Your key tasks will include visiting retail outlets, distributors, and stockists to showcase our product portfolio, assisting in setting up product displays, in-store promotions, and sampling events, conducting market surveys to gather competitor information, facilitating B2B onboarding and sample coordination, updating sales records in the CRM system, and liaising with the design and digital teams for marketing collateral creation. The ideal candidate for this role would be a student or recent graduate specializing in fields such as BBA, MBA, Food Technology, Agri-Business, or Marketing, with a genuine interest in sales, fieldwork, and food-related products. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, while owning a two-wheeler is preferred though not mandatory. We are seeking individuals who are eager to learn, enthusiastic, and possess a target-oriented mindset. During your internship, you will gain valuable experience in on-ground sales and distribution strategies within the FMCG sector, working closely with natural and organic food brands, developing B2B and retail channels, understanding the basics of CRM and inventory systems, and participating in campaigns, sampling activities, and offline marketing initiatives.
