Sales Intern (Financial Services)

As a Tele Sales Intern at Trinity Towers, AJC Bose Road, Bhowanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal, for a duration of 3 - 6 months with a stipend of Rs 5,000 per month plus incentives, your role will involve supporting tele calling efforts for the digital investment platform, Dhanush, of the Financial Services company. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to newly registered and existing Dhanush clients to stimulate trading activity. - Explain the benefits, features, and usage of Dhanush's trading and investment platform clearly. - Assist clients with trade execution and platform navigation as necessary. - Establish strong relationships with inactive accounts to enhance platform usage. - Identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate financial products to boost revenue. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and account activity using CRM tools.
