Job Description

This is a full-time role involving regular field visits to used bike and car dealerships, based in Bangalore.

We are an established and fast-growing online two-wheeler marketplace in India. We are rapidly expanding globally and are looking to hire a Sales Intern to join our team in Bangalore. High-performing interns will be considered for a permanent position as an Associate City Sales Manager based on performance during the internship period.

Job Location:
HSR Layout, Bangalore

Responsibilities:

  • Visit used bike and car dealerships in assigned locations to introduce our marketplace and partnership benefits.
  • Researching and contacting potential bike and car dealers via phone and email.
  • Assisting new dealers with the onboarding process and account setup.
  • Achieve dealer acquisition targets during the internship period.
  • Providing continuous support to existing dealers by addressing concerns and fulfilling requests.
  • Monitoring dealer dashboards and ensuring timely payments.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent dealer support.
  • Maintaining and updating sales data in Google Sheets.
  • Organizing and conducting Google Meet calls for business partnerships.
  • Tracking sales activities and reviewing sales performance.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Highly self-motivated with an interest in sales, marketing, and the automobile sector.
  • Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilient and positive when facing rejection.
  • Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
  • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and available for scheduled meetings.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualification:

  • Graduates, preferably MBA, with strong communication and persuasion skills, willingness to engage in field sales, and a keen interest in the automobile sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
