Sales Intern

As a Sales Intern at our company, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Sales team. Your role will involve completing tasks assigned by the Manager, such as conducting research, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and providing support to the Sales department. Your ability to take instructions and work independently when necessary will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Manager or assigned staff member to complete all allocated tasks. - Research and generate lists of potential customers. - Attend and participate in meetings and workshops. - Help develop customer relationships and maintain existing accounts. - Update documents and sales records. - Observe and participate in sales processes. - Identify potential weaknesses and provide suggestions for improvements. Qualifications Required: - Fresh graduate with a major in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business. - Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level. - Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Resilience to cope with rejection. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to remain composed in fast-paced environments. The compensation package includes a performance bonus. The work schedule is full-time and permanent, with a day shift, fixed shift, and working hours from Monday to Friday in the morning.
