This full-time on-site role is for a Sales (Interiors) position, based in Bengaluru. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting design solutions, and aligning them with client expectations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve communicating with clients, managing customer service interactions, training junior sales staff, and overseeing sales management activities. The role requires maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets through effective presentations and negotiations. To excel in this role, you should have more than 1 year of experience in an interiors background. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with proven sales and sales management experience. Experience in training junior sales staff is also required. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients are crucial. You should be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of interior design and home dcor trends is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.,
