Sales Incharge( Female ) (Fresher )

Roles:

• Oversee and manage the sales operations within the assigned region or team.
• Act as the primary point of contact between management and the sales team.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Management – Assign targets, monitor performance, and guide sales executives.
• Team Leadership – Motivate, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve goals.
• Business Development – Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
• Reporting – Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
• Customer Relationship Management – Build long-term relationships with key clients and address their needs effectively.
• Market Analysis – Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Process Improvement – Suggest and implement improvements to sales strategies and processes.
• Coordination – Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
• Revenue Growth – Drive initiatives to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Compliance – Ensure all sales activities align with company policies and ethical standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
