Sales Incentive Analyst

Role Overview: As an Operations Analyst at Euromonitor International, you will play a crucial role in improving global sales processes by ensuring the accuracy and transparency of sales data. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales organization in driving sales performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by managing commission and sales credit queries from global sales teams - Analyze sales data to identify and address discrepancies between Finance, Salesforce, and Incent - Assist in the publication of monthly reports and analysis of sales performance using Incent Analytics - Collaborate with Sales Operations Associate on Sales Target Planning and commission scheme reviews with Sales Managers and Directors - Support the definition of territory coverage for Sales representatives in collaboration with Sales managers - Participate in ad hoc projects to support business growth initiatives Qualifications Required: - Analytical, logical, and strategic thinker with the ability to communicate ideas clearly - Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and manage their expectations - Proactive and adaptable to a changing business environment - Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and work independently - Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools; experience with PowerBI is advantageous - Prior experience with compensation or commission tools such as Incent or Salesforce CRM is a plus (Note: The additional details of the company provided in the job description have been omitted for brevity.),
