Job Description

Manage complete sales and marketing operations for Grey Iron & SG Iron castings across domestic and overseas markets. Develop business in target sectors such as Soda Ash, Paper, Tool & Die, Cement, Oil & Gas, and Compressor Industries. Handle techno-commercial proposal submissions tailored to specific customer requirements. Conduct international market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify business opportunities and trends. Generate new enquiries through market research, networking, and existing connections. Conduct detailed product presentations and lead technical and commercial discussions with customers. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction. Eliminate sales obstacles by employing creative, analytical, and adaptive strategies. Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the organization and generate leads. Maintain up-to-date client databases and ensure systematic follow-up. Monitor and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence. Establish long-term relationships with global customers, managing communications and resolving any technical or commercial issues Qualification: Educational Qualifications: Degree Metallurgy Engg. Throughout >60% marks + MBA in Marketing preferred
