Role Overview:

Sales Head Study Abroad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of

    Education Counselors, Destination Managers, and Country Specialists

  • Drive sales targets for study abroad programs

  • Ensure high-quality student counseling and conversion

  • Maintain strong product knowledge of at least 12 study destinations

    (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia, USA,Europe etc.)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase admissions
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular training
  • Coordinate with universities, partners, and internal teams

  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in

      Study Abroad sales

    • Strong leadership and team management skills

    • In-depth knowledge of one or two countries

      as a sales/product specialist
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

  • Preferred Background:

    • Experience working with an overseas education consultancy
    • Prior role as Team Leader / Sales Manager / Country Head is a plus
