Sales Head - Salon Marketing

As a Marketing Lead for a manufacturer of high-quality UV Curable Gel Nail Polish in Maharashtra, your primary responsibility will be to expand the brand's presence in the region. This will involve identifying, visiting, and establishing a network of nail salons, nail art schools, and nail technicians in the MMR region. Your role will also entail planning and executing product sampling and demo programs, creating marketing campaigns, and organizing events to enhance product visibility. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, visit, and build a network of nail salons, nail art schools, and nail technicians in Maharashtra (MMR region). - Plan and execute product sampling and demo programs to increase salon-level adoption. - Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting the professional beauty segment. - Organize events, workshops, and in-salon activations to drive product promotion. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and on-ground salon acquisition efforts. - Create B2B brochures, sample kits, and promotional materials for salon outreach. - Gather feedback from the field to refine product messaging and enhance engagement.
