As a Sales Head and Trainer based in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in training new sales staff, driving sales growth, managing teams, and optimizing sales strategies to enhance performance across retail outlets. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a candidate with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales training and development. Key Responsibilities: - **Sales Leadership:** Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - **Team Training:** Conduct training programs for new and existing sales staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. - **Performance Management:** Monitor sales KPIs, provide coaching, and implement incentive programs to increase productivity. - **Customer Relationship Management:** Ensure high customer satisfaction through the delivery of effective service standards. - **Reporting & Analysis:** Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvements. Qualifications: - **Experience:** Minimum of 3+ years in sales training & development. - **Leadership Skills:** Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate sales teams effectively. - **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - **Negotiation & Problem-Solving:** Strong capability to handle objections and close deals efficiently. - **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is considered a plus.
