Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, calls, email, etc.).
• Present company offerings and clearly communicate value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Motivated to earn performance-based incentives.
• Access to a laptop and internet connection for remote work.

Compensation:

• Attractive 10–15% commission on every deal closed.
• The more you sell, the more you earn — no earning cap.
