Job Timing: 11 Hours Shift

Weekly/Monthly Off: 02 Offs per Month

Salary & Benefits:

• Annual Increment: 8% to 10% (based on performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards on the production floor.
• Manage and monitor worker attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Coordinate with production and quality departments to meet daily targets.
• Ensure all safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
• Handle any operational issues or breakdowns promptly.
• Report daily progress and issues to the Unit/Production Manager.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in food or sweets manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a team efficiently and handle pressure.
• Preference for candidates with relevant FMCG or sweets industry experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
