Cruise Lens Academy is a career-focused training platform preparing photographers for international cruise ship opportunities. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can convert enquiries into confirmed enrollments and grow with us.
---Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, website & calls
Counsel students about courses, fees, and career opportunities
Follow up with warm and hot leads and close enrollments
Maintain basic lead records and follow-up status
Coordinate with the operations team for student onboarding
Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets
---Requirements
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or admissions counseling preferred
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel / WhatsApp Business
Willingness to learn and grow with a startup environment
