TS Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. — a fast-growing real estate sales and marketing agency based in Noida Sector 2, is looking for passionate and driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of TS Buildtech — engaging with potential clients, showcasing our real estate projects, and helping them make informed investment decisions. You’ll play a vital role in driving revenue, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers through calls, site visits, and in-person meetings.

• Generate and manage leads through various marketing channels and follow-ups.

• Present real estate projects effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.

• Coordinate and schedule site visits for clients and assist them during property tours.

• Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the marketing and CRM teams to optimize lead conversion.

• Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing sales role (freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven personality.

• Good knowledge of property markets, project offerings, and investment trends.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced sales team.

Noida Sector 2

Experience:

1–3 Years (Real Estate Industry preferred)

Salary:

₹2.5 – ₹4.5 LPA (plus attractive incentives and bonuses)
