SALES EXECUTIVES

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the property market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property site visits with prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Negotiate and close deals with clients
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure high conversion rates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers
• Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and competitor activities
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local property market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally (preferred)

Salary: Competitive + Incentives (Based on Experience)Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
