Turnover About the Role The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, managing existing accounts, generating leads, conducting client meetings and achieving assigned sales targets for uPVC and Aluminium Windows & Doors.

The candidate will be responsible for expanding Window Magic's market presence by building strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, fabricators, interior designers, and individual customers, depending on the assigned sales territory. Key Responsibilities

● Generate new business opportunities and leads within the assigned territory.

● Conduct regular market visits and client meetings.

● Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, fabricators, interior designers and individual customers. Description of Role

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

● Generate enquiries and follow up with potential customers.

● Prepare and share quotations and proposals with customers.

● Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.

● Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

● Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and generate repeat business.

● Coordinate with the design team regarding drawings, measurements and technical requirements.

● Coordinate with production, operations and installation teams for order execution.

● Monitor order status, deliveries and installation schedules.

● Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.

● Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, orders and follow-ups.

● Provide regular sales updates and reports to the reporting manager.

● Ensure proper coordination with internal teams for smooth order execution.

● Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional business. Skill Sets Expected
