Job Description

Good Communication
Handle inquiries from students, working professionals, travelers, and other potential residents.
Maintain relationships with existing residents and generate referrals and repeat business.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with the operations and front-office teams to ensure a smooth booking and move-in experience.
Maintain accurate lead records, customer information, booking details, and sales reports in a CRM or Excel sheet.
Ensure timely follow-ups, customer satisfaction, and achievement of assigned sales KPIs.

Shift timing- 10:30am to 6:30pm 1 rotational off

Salary - max 30k CTC

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
