Job Description: Gold Buyer / Sales Executive

Job Locations: Gurugram, Manesar & Rewari, Haryana
Position: Gold Buyer / Sales Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Gender: Male / Female
Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational

Job Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers visiting the gold buying store.
Understand customer requirements and explain the gold-buying process.
Evaluate gold jewellery based on weight, purity, and applicable valuation procedures.
Explain gold rates, valuation, and payment details transparently to customers.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
Perform basic calculations accurately and maintain transaction records.
Verify customer documents and complete required documentation as per company policy.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, gold buying, jewellery sales, or customer handling.
Experience in a gold buying store or jewellery showroom will be preferred.
Good communication, calculation, and customer-handling skills.
Honest, responsible, presentable, and customer-friendly.
Basic knowledge of gold purity, weight, and valuation will be an advantage.
Comfortable working at Gurugram, Manesar, or Rewari.
Willing to work rotational weekly offs.
