Job Title: Sales Executive – Ather Energy

Company: Ather Energy

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Ather electric two-wheeler dealership. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in choosing the right electric scooter, explaining product features and benefits, conducting test rides, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Explain Ather electric scooter models, features, pricing, range, charging options, and available offers.
Arrange test rides and provide product demonstrations.
Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert inquiries into sales.
Explain finance options, insurance, registration, and exchange offers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to vehicle delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate.
Experience in automobile or two-wheeler sales is preferred; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Interest in electric vehicles and a target-oriented approach.

Salary: As per experience, plus attractive sales incentives.
