Job Description

We are looking for motivated and energetic Loan Sales Executives (Telesales) to join our team. The primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers over the phone and promote personal/business loan products from leading banks and NBFCs. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Explain loan products (Personal Loans / Business Loans / Home Loans) and benefits to clients. Understand customer requirements and check eligibility. Collect required documents and coordinate with the backend team for processing. Follow up with interested leads and close sales within the assigned timeline. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for loan disbursement. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred) Experience in telesales/loan sales / DSA operations preferred Freshers with good communication skills are welcome Basic understanding of loans and finance will be a plus Skills Required: Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/regional languages) Strong sales mindset and ability to meet targets Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month Monthly Incentives based on loan disbursement performance Career growth opportunities within the organization On-the-job training provided
