Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and ensuring smooth execution of the property sale process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their needs and budget.
  • Conduct site visits and provide clients with detailed information about the project, amenities, pricing, and legalities.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication until closure.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update daily sales reports, lead databases, and pipeline status.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or similar customer-facing roles (13 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand and respond to client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
