Job Description

As a retail manager specializing in eyewear, your primary responsibilities will include attending to walking customers, providing detailed product explanations, and effectively closing sales. You will play a crucial role in maintaining stock levels, overseeing store operations, and driving both sales and customer service. Meeting and surpassing sales targets will be a key focus, along with leading and supervising staff members.
