About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and passionate Sales Executive to join our team at Vari Medical Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, converting leads into admissions, guiding parents with accurate information, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Conversion & Admission Closure

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain NEET coaching programs.
• Convert walk-ins, leads, and references into admissions.
• Follow up with parents and students until closure.

2. Counseling & Guidance

• Provide accurate course details, fee structure, and admission process.
• Assist NEET aspirants in selecting the right batch, schedule, and study plan.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students & parents.

3. Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly admission targets as assigned by the management.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

4. Marketing Support

• Participate in seminars, school visits, and promotional events.
• Support social media and field marketing teams when required.

5. Coordination

• Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth onboarding of new students.
• Ensure timely communication of updates and student records.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in NEET / Education Industry preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Good presentation & negotiation ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp follow-up).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,952.98 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
