Job Description-Academic Counselor (Night Shift -US)

This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasises spreading unique way of learning.
Location - WFO(6days working + Weekends working)
Experience - Minimum 6 months in US sales
Notice Period - Immediate joiner

Roles & Responsibilities
⭐Willing to familiarise yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.⭐Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.⭐Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.⭐Working closely with the team across departments to implement growth strategies. ⭐Rigorously following up the leads via a variety of channels like Phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails etc.⭐Extensively communicating the curriculum and other USPs of the product (profiles of our champion teachers for example)⭐Achieve realistically set weekly targets in a performance-centric, competitive environment.

Whom are we looking for?
⭐Any Bachelor's or Master’s degree.⭐Excellent written and verbal communication skills.⭐Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.⭐Strong organization and project management skills.⭐Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.⭐Top performers, and achievers highly appreciated
