Sales Executive- US

Role Overview: You will be a part of a luxury resort located in the United States, offering premium vacation experiences to travelers worldwide. Your role as a sales professional in the offshore sales team based in India is crucial for driving customer acquisition, boosting bookings, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences right from the initial contact. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from potential US-based guests. - Sell vacation packages and showcase resort offerings like accommodations, amenities, events, and promotions. - Establish strong relationships with potential customers to convert leads into bookings. - Maintain a CRM system to track interactions and sales performance, following up with leads consistently. - Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Collaborate with on-site US resort teams to guarantee seamless guest experiences. - Address guest concerns or objections professionally and confidently. - Stay informed about resort promotions, room availability, and pricing. - Be prepared to work night shifts aligned with US time zones (EST/PST). Qualifications & Skills: - 3 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, travel, or BPO sectors. - Proficient in spoken and written English communication. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Willingness to work night shifts in alignment with US time zones. - Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot is advantageous. - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual. - Capable of working independently in a remote/BPO setting.,
