Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through market research, cold calling, and networking within Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions for uPVC windows and doors.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Prepare and negotiate sales quotations and close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales experience specifically in uPVC windows and doors or related construction materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and local languages (Telugu/Urdu).
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer benefits.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Hyderabad market and customer base.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
