About the Role: You will be a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive joining a growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to expand the reach of the innovative online travel portal by offering seamless booking experiences for flights, hotels, holiday packages, and more. If you have a natural talent for networking, a passion for travel, and strong sales skills, we would like to meet you! Key Responsibilities: - Proactively promote and sell the company's online travel portal and its range of travel services including flights, hotels, holiday packages, etc. - Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach. - Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs. - Deliver compelling product presentations and online demos tailored to client needs. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support ongoing campaigns and promotions. - Share market insights and customer feedback to enhance service offerings. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools. - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or online services sector. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. - Strong presentation and client engagement skills. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting. - Passion for travel and understanding of the travel industry trends is a plus.
