Present and demonstrate fitness products effectively to meet customer needs.
Handle queries with empathy, professionalism, and quick problem-solving.
Convert inquiries into sales while ensuring a delightful customer experience.
Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain detailed customer records and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
Collaborate with the internal team to enhance customer engagement and brand image.
