Company Description

The Purple Turtles, established in 2009, began as a boutique lighting studio in Bangalore and has evolved into one of the most eclectic stores for home decor and garden. The store showcases creative designs from independent Indian designers. We design with freedom and source with responsibility, driven by our passion for collecting, curating, and creating!

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and promoting our unique home decor and lighting products. The Sales Executive will also maintain and develop client relationships, manage inventory, and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance store sales.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in retail, home decor, or related fields is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Ability to maintain organized records and inventory management
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required
