For Real Estate Plotting Sales Manager Position: Harmony Holiday Resorts hiring Male Real Estate Plotting Sales Manager (Sanand). Drive residential plot sales, manage channel partners, conduct sales calls/visits & generate social media leads. KRA (Key Result Areas) & KPI (Key Performance Indicators) based on your points: Job Position: Real Estate Plotting Sales Manager Key Result Areas (KRA): Plot Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets for residential plots in Sanand. Channel Partner Management: Develop and nurture a strong network of channel partners. Sales Activities & Pipeline: Effectively conduct sales calls, arrange and conduct site visits. Digital Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate and convert leads through social media management. Key Performance Indicators (KPI): Number of residential plots sold per month/quarter. Total sales revenue generated from plot sales. Number of active channel partners and sales contributed by them. Number of sales calls made per week. Number of site visits arranged and conducted per week. Number of leads generated specifically from social media. Conversion rate of social media leads to site visits and sales.
