We’re looking for a smart, confident, disciplined Sales Executive who can handle calls, generate leads, and create sales-focused content for our agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients daily.
• Explain agency services (branding, social media, videos, packaging).
• Generate leads, follow-up regularly, and close small to mid-level deals.
• Create sales-related content such as:
• Reels
• Short pitches
• Basic product/service explanation videos
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for campaigns & promotions.
• Maintain proper lead sheets, CRM updates, and weekly reports.

Required Skills

• Strong communication & convincing ability
• Confident voice and professional phone etiquette
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, ads, branding)
• Ability to create basic sales content (camera-friendly preferred)
• Good follow-up habits and consistent discipline
• Basic English + strong Hindi speaking
• Must be comfortable with target-based work

Special Requirements

• Must be comfortable speaking on camera for sales-related reels.
• Must be disciplined with daily calling targets.
• Should be eager to learn new tools & digital growth strategies.
• Should be reliable, punctual, organised, and focused.
