Job Description

Teknico is hiring experienced and driven Sales Executives to grow our client base for ERP solutions and website development services. If you're confident in generating leads, closing deals, and handling B2B or B2C sales, we want you. Responsibilities : Actively generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, or online methods. Explain ERP and website packages clearly to potential clients. Conduct product demos via Google Meet or in person. Handle the complete sales cycle – lead, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Maintain sales records and report performance weekly. Meet monthly sales targets to qualify for incentives. Requirements : Experience in sales (preferably IT, software, or services) Strong communication and negotiation skills Understanding of ERP, websites, or SaaS solutions (basic training will be given) Self-motivated and result-driven Familiarity with Google Meet, WhatsApp, and lead management tools ✅ This role is strictly for sales professionals. Freshers without sales or IT knowledge are discouraged from applying.
