Many businesses outsource their Customer Care activity to Syrow, our 24/7 Support ensures that their Customers are always taken care of. We are looking for few highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team at Syrow. Candidates will be responsible for identifying and developing new B2B sales opportunities. Job location is Bengaluru.

Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive role at Syrow, with a focus on Lead Generation and Sales. The Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential Customers through various channels and creating a pipeline of qualified leads. The role will require working from our office in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting and qualifying new business leads through web research, calls, emails, and networking
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
• Keeping accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
• Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure client acquisition goals are met

Requirements

• Proven track record of thriving sales experience in SaaS business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with CRM and sales tools
• Strong time management skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree and above
