Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate (Apartments, Villas & Premium Homes) Company: GRB Estate 📌 Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team at GRB Estate. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our apartments, villas, and premium high-end homes, while building lasting relationships with clients. The role requires strong communication, market knowledge, and passion for achieving sales targets. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: Identify, generate, and follow up on new leads and customer inquiries for apartments, villas, and high-value residential projects. Conduct site visits, explain property features, amenities, and project details to potential buyers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent client servicing before and after sales. Negotiate deals and assist clients in making informed property buying decisions. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update client databases and sales reports. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and attract prospective buyers. Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. 🎯 Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Any discipline (Real Estate experience preferred). Proven track record in real estate sales, especially luxury homes/apartments/villas. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Fluency in English, Tamil, and/or regional languages is an added advantage.
