Roles and Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies to achieve targets and expand customer base.
Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights for business growth.
Identify potential clients, build relationships, and close deals through effective communication skills.
Manage events, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic marketing plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (residential sales).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.B.A/ B.M.S preferred).
Strong understanding of real estate sales principles, market trends, and industry regulations.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
