Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of residential and commercial properties, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve understanding client needs, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales contracts, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Collaborate with other team members, including agents, brokers, and marketing professionals, to maximize sales opportunities. 8. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions clients may have. 9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. 10. Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and ethical conduct.
