Job Purpose: As a Sales Executive Your responsibilities include cold calling, lead generation, lead generation through online inquiries and conducting visits. And maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process. B2B Sales In Solar Industry. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Gujarat. Promote and sell Solar PV Modules Manage B2B and Channel Sales activities Develop and expand dealer/distributor networks Generate leads through online platforms, cold calls, events, and referrals Respond to online and social media inquiries Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations Prepare sales quotations, follow up on leads, and close deals Maintain daily sales reports and updates Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay updated on industry trends and competitors Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (BBA, BE/B.Tech, MBA preferred) Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in solar sales Sound knowledge of the solar energy market in Gujarat Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Compensation Package: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Weekend only Application Question(s): Sales Executive Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Total work: 1 year (Required) B2B sales: 1 year (Required) Lead generation: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Required) Work Location: In person
