Job Description

Job Summary:

Drive residential solar EPC sales by identifying prospects, delivering customized proposals, and converting leads to successful installations in the UP region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct site assessments and explain system feasibility to clients

* Present proposals and close deals with homeowners, builders, and small businesses

* Maintain database of inquiries and track lead status

* Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

* Assist in branding activities, roadshows, and exhibitions

* Collect customer feedback and hand over to execution team post-sale

Requirements:

* Graduate with 1–3 years in field sales

* Experience in solar, real estate, or energy industry is preferred

* Own vehicle and willingness to travel locally

* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
