Sales Executive - Software Development Services

As a Sales Executive for software development services in Trichy, your primary role will be to generate leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital platforms - Presenting and promoting web, mobile, and software solutions to potential clients - Understanding client needs and collaborating with the technical team to prepare tailored proposals - Negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales deals - Maintaining and nurturing client relationships for repeat business - Updating CRM with lead and client interactions - Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/software sales - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Basic understanding of software development and digital services - Self-motivation and goal orientation - A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field The salary for this position ranges from 15,000 to 25,000 per month based on experience, with additional incentives.
