Your Role Will Involve:

• Welcoming every customer with warmth and attention
• Listening actively to understand customer needs and offering the right products
• Going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional experience
• Building trust and long-term relationships with customers
• Staying enthusiastic and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Taking initiative on store upkeep, visual merchandising, and stock organization
• Collaborating with your team to meet store goals and bring great energy to the floor

What You Bring:

• A love for helping people and the confidence to guide their choices
• Natural sales instincts and a passion for customer satisfaction
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A hardworking, ownership-driven mindset
• Experience in retail/lifestyle/jewelry/optical sales is a bonus (but not a must)
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

• Bonus pay
• Performance bonus

• Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
