Job Description

As a Sales Executive for a hardware shop, your main role is to generate revenue by selling hardware products and services, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Your understanding of customer needs will allow you to recommend appropriate products and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Provide product knowledge, answer customer questions, and assist with purchasing decisions. - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. - Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and pricing. - Showcase product features and benefits to customers. - Identify and generate new business opportunities. - Negotiate terms and close sales. - Provide support to customers after a purchase. - Track sales activity and prepare reports.
