You will be joining Siddharth Group in Ahmedabad as a Sales Executive, where the focus is on building family households and professional corporates. Your role will involve assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their real estate needs are met. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties - Conduct property tours and negotiate deals - Prepare contracts and provide exceptional customer service - Manage client relationships and ensure their real estate needs are fulfilled Qualifications: - 1 to 3 years of experience in Real Estate and handling Residential Property projects - Proven sales skills in the real estate industry - Excellent customer service skills - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus - Familiarity with the Ahmedabad real estate market is preferred Please note that this is a full-time on-site role located in Gota, Ahmedabad.,
