Job Description: Sidak Enterprise is seeking highly driven and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic field sales team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and converting leads into successful deals. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in the field, possesses a natural talent for communication, and consistently meets or exceeds sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing customers within the assigned territory Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and market visits Present, promote, and sell products/services using strong persuasion and interpersonal skills Maintain accurate records of daily customer visits, calls, sales, and feedback Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty Understand client needs, offer suitable product recommendations, and close sales effectively Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks Coordinate with the internal team for timely delivery, stock updates, and customer service
