Hello Applicant, this is Shanu from Shiglo Tech Private Limited. We are importers and manufacturers of various industrial scrap recycling solutions in India, having office in Sector -08, Noida. We are looking for the right candidate for the position of Sales Executive in our organization. Key Responsibilities: 1.Identify and generate new sales leads; you will be getting leads from Indiamart. 2.Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers. 3.Understand customers' needs and offer suitable solutions. 4.Negotiate deals and handle objections effectively. 5.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 6.Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports. 7.Follow up with clients for payment and after-sales support. Requirements: 1.Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role. 2.Good communication and interpersonal skills. 3.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4.Good negotiation and problem-solving skills. 5.Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
