Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential clients.
• Explain products and services clearly to prospects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the sales team for strategy and feedback.

Requirements

• Gender: Female candidates preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (calling or telesales experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in English & Hindi.
• Basic computer skills.
