Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development

  for

  UPVC windows, aluminium doors, aluminium windows, faades, partitions, glass solutions, and building material products

  .
• Generate new leads through

  architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers, consultants, and government tenders

  .
• Build and maintain relationships with

  construction companies, real estate developers, project managers, and procurement teams

  .
• Meet decision-makers for

  corporate, commercial, residential, and institutional projects

  .
• Conduct

  product demos, presentations, and sampling

  for clients.
• Identify & participate in

  tenders, RFQs, and institutional sales opportunities

  .
• Submit

  quotations, BOQs, and proposals

  ; follow up for closures.
• Achieve monthly & quarterly

  sales targets

  .
• Keep updated with

  market trends, competitor activities, and new projects

  in the assigned territory.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

• Qualification:

  Any Graduate / Diploma in Civil / Architecture / Interior Design preferred.

• Skills:

  Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Must have an existing network with

  architects, builders, contractors, or government clients

  .
• Should be comfortable with

  field visits, site meetings, and travelling within territory

  .
• Freshers with excellent communication & sales aptitude will also be considered.
