Job Summary: We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers at our Experience Center. The role involves explaining product features, preparing quotations, and closing sales.. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers at the experience center Understand customer needs and recommend suitable modular workstations or chairs Explain product features, specifications, and customization options Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and ongoing offers Coordinate with the factory/admin team for order processing and delivery follow-up Prepare quotations, sales orders, and maintain sales records Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals Handle post-sale customer service and escalate issues where necessary Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (experience in furniture/modular products preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, quotation preparation) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Location: T Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Preferred) Work Location: In person
