Sales Executive - Residential Apartment Sales

As an Apartment Sales professional, your role will involve understanding customer requirements and effectively matching our product with their needs. You will be responsible for following up on leads, handling site visits, and organizing sales visits. Daily assessment of reports and MIS generated by your team, as well as generating your own reports, will be part of your routine. You will work towards generating and closing deals with the assistance of your manager, taking responsibility for the entire end-to-end sales cycle of the project. Building strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth sales and utilizing your convincing and influential skills to drive sales will be key aspects of your job.
